What they eat?

I am truly sure that everyone has the idea about what people eat is actually most influenced by their culture. As for Koreans, they are very concern about taking good foods to eat because the people back then have made that as their culture. Based on the research which I did for this topic, every each of Koreans eat most vegetables on their meals everyday. They eat vegetables such as, cabbages, radishes, weeds, etc. Their traditional food or the most delighted dish that they are likely to be having is Kimchi. Statistic shows that, Koreans eat so much of this super-spicy condiment ( for about 40 pounds of it per person each year). Seriously..

Eventhough it is spicy, Kimchi is loaded with vitamins A, B and C. It is also contains "healthy bacteria" called Lactobacilli which is found in fermented foods like kimchi and yogurt. This good bacteria helps with good digestions plus it seems to help in stopping and even preventing people from yeast infections (recent study by Dr. Susanne Bennett). Some studies show that fermented cabbages have the benefits that may prevent the growth of cancer and also, it is part of a high-fiber, low fat diet that has kept at bay in Korea.

As for Malaysian foods, we do have lots of delicious foods, absolutely. But the culture of Malaysians itself does not even show that we have to have good foods at least 60% of our meal everyday. Most of us are likely to eat what we desire.

Lets face the facts: Malaysian foods, while absolutely delicious, is not ideal when you’re thinking of health and weight loss. The nasi lemak, roti canai, coconut cream based curries, delectable fried delights, and sweet milky drinks are just the tip of the iceberg when we look at the fatty culprits. This doesn't mean you have to rule them out completely and once in a while it’s fine to indulge in the odd treat here and there. Cutting back and making a few small changes can add up to overall weight loss. As   Malaysia has targeted the people to be healthy and living in a healthy life style, so why not we try to imitate the eating style or maybe what Koreans eat daily in a version of Malaysian taste. Eat much vegetables and make it stable. So, let us try.
Best of luck people!

Get Started With Eating Good Foods

Every people needs foods to survive. People eat foods everyday in their life. But not everyone of them eat good foods in daily life. Certain people do care enough about having good foods and certain people might don't. For people who don't really care about having good foods, they can always prepare on getting started with taking some good foods.

Get started with natural fresh sources of foods such as fruits and berries. It either local or foreign fruits, no matter as long as it contains a lot of benefits. Whole green, orange and yellow vegetables also provide lots of vitamins and minerals. People can always choose how they wanted to eat it with their own ways. Either eat it raw or steamed, it can always retain the nutritional values.

For parents, make plans for their kids to have good foods for everyday. Choose foods that can give benefits to the children and make sure to eat it in the right amounts. Such as, milk and at least baked foods and cereals which made from whole grain. But since they are kids, do not avoid them from getting something sweets such like pastries and cookies but it has to be under the parent's observation.

For those who always practicing the healthy life style, there might be no problem in eating good foods in daily life. But for those who neglect the good foods, they can always think of getting started doing so. This is because, there are many benefits on eating good foods such for own self and the generation..
